Summer Outdoor Sunday Service
July and August @ 10am

A few details to know for Sunday:
  • Review guidelines for attending.
  • Bring your own coffee.
  • If you are joining from home we will be live on Facebook.
  • Limited bathroom use available for emergencies during the service and for 10 minutes following the service.
  • Youth Service for Middle and High School students will be offered on the back deck after worship. Students will bring their own chairs.
  • Children's Ministry will not be offered at this time.

Outdoor Service Guidelines
(Our plan to keep everyone safe)

Calvary Mt Si’s Role
  • Our greeters and ushers will be wearing face coverings as they assist you with sitting 6 feet apart from other attendees.
  • Children services will not be available during this time.
  • Youth services will be held on the back deck.
  • We will have one of our ushers designated as a Covid-19 Supervisor, and one as a Restroom Supervisor, we will have additional location specific supervisors if needed.
  • We will educate and screen our staff on Covid-19 related signs and symptoms and send anyone home if they feel or appear sick.
  • We will make sure we follow the CDC guidelines and that all accessible areas are cleaned and disinfected.
  • We will provide PPE as appropriate or required for activities being performed.
  • We will ensure frequent and adequate handwashing with adequate maintenance of supplies.
  • We will have hand sanitizer, tissues, and trash cans available throughout our facility.
  • We have established a housekeeping schedule that includes frequent cleaning and sanitizing with a particular emphasis on commonly touched surfaces.
Church Attenders Responsibility
  • Bring your own lawn chair and/or blanket for seating.
  • Follow all parking and seating instructions.
  • Please bring your own face covering.  We request that you bring your own face covering, but we will have face coverings available if needed.
  • Take your temperature before leaving home. If you or any member of your household has a fever, please stay at home and enjoy the service online.
  • Use the restroom at home before coming and limit food and drink intake. Restrooms will be available for emergency use, but please respect our desire to minimize restroom traffic.
  • Wear freshly washed clothes to the service and wash clothes immediately after attending the service.
  • Sanitize your hands at our sanitation stations at the entrances.
  • Social distancing of 6 feet between you and other people not in your household when on the property is expected.
  • Please do not gather in groups while at our service. We all love to shake hands and hug, but for now just wave and say “hey” to others from a distance.
  • Please do not attend in person if you feel ill or have had a fever or any symptoms of any illness within the past 14 days.
  • We would love to see you, but if you… are at risk, have a compromised immune system, are sick, are showing signs of respiratory illness, currently have a fever above 99.6, have been around anyone that’s been sick, or are over the age of 65, please confirm your health with your personal doctor. This is in your best interest and those around you, and we ask you to enjoy our online service from the comfort and safety of your own home.
    • This also applies if you have been in contact with anyone who has COVID-19 or live with someone that is at risk, sick, showing signs of respiratory illness currently have a fever above 99.6 or have been around anyone that’s been sick in the past 21 days.
  • Additionally, if you are pregnant or have small children, the safest option is watching our online church experience.
  • Please review the social distancing guidelines with your children and assess if this is workable for your family. If it would be difficult for your family, we recommend that you enjoy the service online from home.
  • Please contact us if you develop flu like symptom after one of our services, and we will inform the church of the possible exposure.
  • Please respect peoples' differing comfort levels and speak up when others are making you feel uncomfortable, let's default to grace, and love, sensitivity.
